information
The
parties usually last for approx 2 hours: 30
minutes for everyone to arrive (cold food is on
offer at this time), 30 minutes of games, 45
minutes free time and hot food is served and
last 15 minutes we do the cake and farewell. Of
course you can stay as long as you wish. The
area is set up for you on the grass and so long
as there isn't another booking for the afternoon
then there is no rush to vacate the area.
We
do not require a deposit, you can pay on the
day.
Booking
your party
Once
you book, we send you out a letter of
confirmation and information including
directions for your guests.
We
also need to know a few things
1.
Whether you will be paying for adults to come to
the party (2 adults are included in the cost)
2.
If you require any of the 'add ons'
3.
Approximately how many children (you can advise
closer to the time if you wish)
4.
Your child’s name and age.
5.
Your address and contact numbers.
